  1. Version 1194, Build 18. Geoscape In the News Feed, there was a UFO sighting and it gave coordinates. At those coordinates, there was a little indication so the user could quickly locate the specific coordinates (I assume). That being said, it was the same color as the water and was nearly impossible to see. I only saw it because I was searching for that specific location according to the coordinates and was curious where it was at. The color should be changes to something that adds contrast, like red text or whatnot. To be more specific, it was a fisherman sighting or something.
  2. Wait... so you can build MIGs? When I try to build them, I see a picture of a Snakeman alien from XCOM.... and needless to say, I can't manufacture them. Normal Difficulty, version: Premium Alpha (1194) Build 18
  3. I haven't had the opportunity to try and move 700 ellerium from one base to another just yet (half-joke there). Is it gonna take like 30 seconds just holding the button down on the clicker to get up to make large quantities in the transfers or to allocate 215 mechanics to manufacture a plane? I remember it just BUGGED THE CRAP OUTTA ME to have to just hold it down forever, then you click the wrong fricken button and cancel it then you gotta do it all over. I would hope mistakes wouldn't be so difficult to handle in this new game. lol.
  4. 1. How much does it cost? It really should show somewhere when the button is selected. 2. Why limit bases to 9? Why not 10? etc etc 3. Why is the command center (main building in the base) automatically placed? I would prefer to place it to my preference to optimize defending my base from alien invasion.
  5. In XCOM EU, there was the funding tab and the graphs tab. The funding tab was mostly just fun to look at, no pun intended. lol. The graphs tab showed TONS of useful information! I spent times of time on that as a reference to where I should scout with my planes. I know in Xenonauts, there is the "news filter" thing towards the bottom that acts in a similar fashion. I think it could still be useful for reviewing the history of the specific location(s) or really helpful if someone were to take a break from the game because life got in the way (don't we all just hate that!? lol). Are there any plans for implementation?
  6. I also thought the infinite ammo was part of the alpha phase, but I kinda like the idea of having unlimited basic weaponry. I think it's going to get kinda cheap just tossing grenades around, but with the implementation of allied NPC's, tossing nades around might not be too bright. lol.
  7. I didn't see any option to delete a saved game. Is there a reason that option doesn't exist in the game? Not everyone knows how to navigate through explorer to delete their saved files (assuming they're easy to find for an experienced user).
  8. I think it sounds really interesting. I really like your #1 and #2 suggestions, but #3 is turning the game into too much of a COD kinda game with perks and all.... I don't like that.
  9. Sorry. I assumed someone would open the video and check those specific noted times for opinions, bugs, suggestions, etc, etc. Maybe tonight I'll be able to get around to edit my post, but I don't have time right now.

  11. Version: Premium Alpha(1194), Build 18. If #2 isn't a bug, it should be edited. lol. I've never used a check-box system that "checked" itself so that the user could identify that in fact it TRULY IS a check-box system... lol.
  12. Isn't 5s speed already slow enough? lol. I guess there's no reason to not include a "pause" feature too, is there? Why have 1s when you have 5s? Might as well make it a pause. Personally I don't care, just expanding on it with my thoughts. Toggles/ticks options for notifications of certain circumstances (such as UFO landing) would be awesome! Sometimes you bump up the speed so your interceptors get to the target quicker and it lands and it takes a second to react to slow the game-time. That second, two hours of in-game time goes by and just before your chinook gets there, the UFO takes off.

  16. Also, how do I get the "premium Pre-Order badge"? I figure since I bought it, I might as well show it off, huh? lol. FYI, I haven't been on these forums in like a year or something.
  17. 1) I just pre-ordered the game last night. I spent a couple minutes on it so far and this is... sorta a review. 2) Excellent graphics and music from start screen to geoscape and base building and such. 3) xenopedia, I can't scroll through it using arrow keys or mouse scroller. 4) when I double-click one of my soldiers names in the personnel area, the game crashes 5) the cursor can be very difficult to see at times 6) I don't know how much my base is going to cost to build 7) Craft autocannon.... why is it 399 rpm? Why not just make it 400? lol. 8) Also, 5kg is very heavy for an assault rifle (I'm imagining like AR15 or M16, etc). I know a game like this is difficult to build around reality, but 4kg would be more accurate. 9) I clicked on a building in the base, then I right-clicked on it (the hanger on the top-right) and it said I couldn't demolish it. I exited to geoscape, then went back to the base and when I right-click, it doesn't say anything. it'll only allow me to demolish the two radars, and the medical center 10) when the "do you want to demolish this building" box comes up, ESC should cancel, not bring to geoscape. 11) I booted the game up and immediately went to load my save file. I loaded and many of the tabs wouldn't work. I couldn't go to Bases or Research (the only two I tried). I built a new base, then I could go to Bases. I reloaded the file and then I had access to everything again. -- It happened a second time after the game crashed. I assume the soldiers area isn't complete to a playable degree. It ALWYAS crashes. Anyways, I booted up and loaded my game, and none of the options on the top (Bases, Research, Workshop, or Xenopedia) were click-able. I had to click Build New Base, then Right-click to cancel it. 11) Is there going to be a more efficient method to transfering resources and such between bases? I remember it was frustrating as hell to transfer hundreds of Elerium for instance to another base. 12) UFO detection read 110M and it was actually a little difficult to read. Is it possible to rework the font or something so that there is at minimum a small gap (doesn't have to be the size of _space_) so that M can be distinguished from a number more easily. Also, the 1's don't help. I can imagine getting like 3x 1's next to each other.... lol. It looks very sleek though, but there has got to be a way to make it more functional without taking away from the look and design. 13) How would I modify a squadron? I sent all my aircraft all together at a target... the Chinook slowed them all way down. lol. I didn't realize it until it was too late to turn back. 14) Is there a way to view the local funding? For instance, where can I see how much funding I'm going to get from the local governments of a particular area, aside from the "monthly report" screen? 15) Need an instruction manual on the flying combat. I haven't put much time into it, but they always dodge my attacks. Lol.
