  1. Turkey is a great place, enjoy your holiday!
  2. This thread got me to look through the cities.xml stuff and so on and it occured to me that the USSR has Saint Petersburg listed. If the game takes place in the '70s then I'm 99% sure that it should still be Leningrad, didn't change back until the late '80s/early '90s IIRC. Just something small I noticed, not sure if it's been mentioned before or changed internally.
  3. It's so difficult to make an entire list of "best games ever" let alone just pick one or a few games so I won't. Instead, in no particular order and with reservations for games I left out for no reason other than them not being there at the top of my head: Quest for Glory 4: Shadows of Darkness - Great adventure game and, at the time at least, a great conclusion to an old Sierra series. The music was amazing, the atmosphere was great, the bugs were infuriating. Overall one of the best games I have though. Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn - It's a great RPG, the best of the Infinity engine ones by far and in my opinion the best RPG period. Great story, lots of sidequests, awesome NPCs. I'd love to erase the part of my brain that remembers it so I could play it all over again. Jagged Alliance 2: Shadows of Arulco - Ok, so there are no shadows. I just love this game though, I come back to this one more than any other PC game I own, especially thanks to 1.13 and such but still...great game. I could have gone with X-COM here but frankly, I personally think JA2 is the better game. Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri - Because it was Civilization 2...iiiin spaaaace! That and it you could design your own units, it had diplomacy that is in a lot of ways STILL better than anything they've done in the main series since then. Oh and last but not least, it had a great story and very interesting faction leaders. Writing about the game like this makes me feel I'm not doing it justice but oh well.
