  1. I dont know if this is hard or not to do in terms of code. It would be damn nice that above "your name" in game you could have a special portrait for it, like a photo that Xeno Devs would modify to blend (graphic wise) with the remaining "vanilla" portrait soldiers. In tactical missions it would still be vanilla because i dont want Chris team to go nuts rendering all the sprites needed.
  2. 1st: Sometimes the game freezes on "hidden" movement. 2nd: When mission ends while civilian hidden movement, the steps FX continues to sound. 3rd: On farm soldiers don't respect the walls of the barn closer to the chinook (they pass through them) and lower door doesn't open when soldiers enter. 4th: When shooting a fighter with only one F-17 (what insures not destroyed but crash landed) it always says that the UFO "crashes into the sea" even in shot on land. The crash site is NOT created. 5th: When aliens shoot Xenonaults the screen doesn't follow the shot, making difficult to know if any of our soldiers was hit or if it was a miss. 6th: You cant overwrite saved games 7th: Soldiers on normal armor change to chackal animation while giving 1st aid 8th: On a mission "Aliens terrorize Kabul" in hidden movement i see shadows moving without units associated. The game freezes. Rather than that, i'm impressed with the progress Chris, since i was away from xenonauts some months.
  3. Season greetings to all. I don't know why but i always enjoyed air combat alot and thus I have a question. Are you planning to "buff" air combat a bit and make it more interesting or you are only going to do it after ground combat? Another question. Will there be shadows on the new sprites?

  5. Yeah i had this happening too, not sure why, press "end turn" and the game immediately freezes
  6. Seems its authorized... downloading now although when i start i says build 8 13/11/2011. i hope its V8.41 EDITED the V8.41 is now available
  7. But you see that's not what you pay for. Either way you pay to test the game, and get it when released. If you pay more, you get the benefits of more, which has never included getting it first. If that was part of the deal, then I'd understand your gripe, but getting it to more players first, and therefore allowing a larger audience to test your game, and remove all the bugs so that the final version is as best as possible, THAT (as you so eleoquently put it) is common sense AND good buisiness. Getting more people to find bugs is always better than giving it to fewer people, especially when you didn't say you'd do it the other way around.I'm not trying to start a flame war here, but wasn't it only delayed by a few hours anyway? What's the big deal? Why don't you people just shut up?! Hein?! Seriously, i can't believe that people are already venting their "uhhh i paid 30$ and that makes me better than you"... "so i want the download of a still bugged build RIGHT NOW not after the others... because i'm premium" Premium is not a thing to wave in the air to make you look better than others. It's a leap of faith and support to Xenonauts, at least thats the way i see it. I don't care a fucking bit if standard orders get authorized 1st to download over premium, all i care with all seriousness is that Chris and his team are able to pull it off, and by the looks it's not going to be a easy task. Common guys... "battling" over a few hours 1st privilege download, over a pre-beta buggy, 10% done game build is stupid?! Plain and simple.
  8. They wont reproduce multiple xenopedia results (only one of many shows when the game goes to 5 minutes)
  9. If you put your view up you will notice that the upper lvls walls are not where they are supposed to be and the invisible closed door bug is still present
  10. Where did the smoke/stun grenades went, they are out of the game?
  11. fixed. By some reason my laptop was in 1360x768 by default when it should be 1366x768
