Sometime I come back to a save, and start building item's because I forgot they were in the middle of being transferred. It make's it easier to keep track of everything. I did the same thing recently; came back to a save, launched a dropship to a ground mission, completely forgetting (because there was no way to tell) that 2 plasma rifles were being transferred to that base, which would've really helped on that GC.
