Time frozen on save game load

Hi all,

I remember reading somebody else's post regarding this but after lots of searching I cant for the life of me find it. When I load my saved game time is frozen on all time settings. Was this something that was resolved? If so can somebody please point me in the direction of the fix.

There's no fix available, but there's a workaround, which allows you to load savegames avoiding time freeze.
