[v22.9 Geoscape] Arctic map in cuba

Erm, so I just shot down a UFO in cuba, and somehow got the arctic tileset.

Not sure if this is a bug, or just got lucky and got like the tiny speck of artic tileset on top of a mountain or something.

Looking at the continent mask files the southern half of Cuba is always set to use the Arctic tileset along with the Dominican Republic, but not Haiti next door and between the two.

The surrounding areas seem to be set to choose between farmland or desert tilesets which makes more sense to me.

I knew I had seen an Arctic tileset around there somewhere a while back but thought it was in Columbia so couldn't reproduce it.

Guess either my memory is faulty or my geography is

Eastern half of Cuba, Dominican Republic (eastern half of Hispaniola), whole Japan and northern third of Philippines use arctic tileset, it is mapped as such in both assets\earth\continentmasks\tilesetmask1.png and tilesetmask2.png.

Don't know much about actual climate in these places, but it look like at least one mask should be fixed to use something else.

That definitely needs to be fixed... apart from the top of mountains there is no snow in Cuba, let alone glaciers.

- replaced arctic on Cuba and Dominicana to farm

- replaced arctic on Japan and Philippines to farm and industrial

- removed strange gradients between different sets in Africa

Awesome, is there any way to get this fix integrated into the vanilla game?
