Ol' Stinky Posted August 17, 2013 Share Posted August 17, 2013 (edited) I've only seen it in UFOs so far, but suppression seems to not work at random. Here's the typical situation: Sgt. Peter Foster, a.k.a. soldier 3, throws a flashbang at the circle. Sometimes it suppresses the aliens, other times it doesn't and triggers reaction fire. I don't know why, since it seems the FB always lands in the circle, despite the accuracy indicator's prediction of 56%. Edit: Maybe suppression's also affected by config.xml's DamageRandomChance? I don't know whether that would be intended behaviour, and I can't prove it one way or the other anyhow. Just throwing out theories.
