[19.3] (Ground Combat) Bales spontaneously combust

I was securing a crashed Scout on a farm map and two bales of hay suddenly burst into flame without me using any rockets. One of them had been damaged by an alien firing into it with a plasma rifle, and both had been near two stun grenades that had gone off (and I believe were covered in the gas). At the start of my turn, both of them suddenly burst into flame.
