The cleaner accelerated rifle is currently bugged on milestone 4 due to it pulling its properties from an alien rifle, rather than the human basic rifle. Hmm, the accuracy of the rifle should be the same as Xenonaut's accelerated rifle. I think there might be a bug with the cleaner rifle having 5% higher accuracy at the moment, but we've fixed that on milestone 5 as well.
