V4.21 - Combat - unable to path to location

It seems if you have the jetpack equiped, and path to a location where the game prefers to use the jetpack but you don't have enough TU to get there in the same turn, it gives the message that it cannot find a path. While if the game prefers to run there, it will path a way and show the rest of the path in red.

This is a good catch; we've been looking into some pathing issues recently when soldiers don't have enough TU to reach an area. We'll look into this and will get it fixed, thanks for the bug report!
