Not sure what the correct functionality should be, but when you send the same dropship to multiple sites, your inventory carries over (spent grenades are no longer held by the squad, etc) but the clip in your guns gets refilled. Oddly though, your grenade inventory seems to be redistributed instead of who had what before.

(In these saves Clare Barker's stun grenades are restocked to 2 and Anthony Sanders's are gone)

Thanks for the bug report! Yeah this is the current intended behaviour for grenades when you do multiple missions from a single sortie. If you think this shouldn't be the case, I encourage you to post a feedback thread on the Xenonauts-2 General Discussion section of the forum, as Chris reads that section for feedback from the community

It seems reasonable that expended grenades remain expended, but they probably shouldn't be redistributed between missions. If soldier A tossed his grenade he shouldn't steal soldier b's grenade before the next mission, Also, along those lines, partially expended clips of ammo should then have the same number of bullets left for the next mission.
