[m2.21 - General] Edit control cursor doesn't stay centered when edit controls are empty.

• Description:  Edit control cursor rendered above normal vertically centered position when control is empty of text.
• What Happened:   I was adjusting audio levels by editing numerical values.
• Further information:  Behavior present in edit controls on Gameplay and Audio tabs of Game Settings dialog.

Thanks for the bug report! Tested this on my end and it seems to be working fine. What are your display settings?

It may be an artifact of my old 16:10 monitor (1680x1050).

Thanks for the response. But yeah, the resolution is playing a part with causing the bug. However, this issue is fixed on milestone 3
