[V2.09 Exp - Geoscape] Laser weapon ammunition not available

I had researched heavy lasers and all the things I needed to get auto-recharging and increased laser power, but I did not start constructing laser weapons until later. I started constructing two laser shotguns, three laser rifles, and two laser pistols (in that order) after sending a team on a mission to a grounded Destroyer, and the weapons were about finished when they got back, but there were no magazines in the space to the right of the weapons in the equipment menu, and equipping a soldier would display the laser with 0 ammo in the weapon.

Thanks for the bug report and providing the save, was able to verify that quickly on my end. We'll get this one fixed asap!
