[2.09 Experimental] Sort selection in Soldier Screen isn't remembered correctly.

Soldier Screen remembers sort selection, but not actual order of the soldiers.

Sorry but can you expound on this a bit more? Do you mean that some of the soldiers have the same number assigned to them in the ground combat layer?

- in Soldier Screen select some order, let's say STR, it will sort correctly by STR
- go to different section
- return to Soldier Screen, STR is selected, but soldiers are not sorted by STR
