bifohe6676 Posted July 23, 2023 Share Posted July 23, 2023 The "Eliminate VIP" mission briefings in the Geoscape view don't mention that capturing the VIP alive is an option with a greater network-progress reward. Only after you already started the mission and are presented the way more detailed Ground Combat goal-screen you learn about this, and by then your soldiers are already comitted to whatever gear they brought, which means bringing any/extra stun-weapons needs meta-knowledge beforehand.
