[v27.6 - Geoscape/Tutorial] User interface becomes unresponsive during tutorial if game speed button isn't clicked and UFO appears.

Description:  Game must be ALT-F4'd if let run to UFO appearance during tutorial without clicking to increase game speed.
What Happened:  I let game run at speed 1 during tutorial after game speed prompt appears until the UFO appeared.   Game speed prompt and UFO Detected dialogs became shown concurrently. Clicking on any 'UFO Detected ' dialog buttons doesn't do anything.

Thanks. Probably best not to do that then!

We'll have a think about whether it's easy to fix this without causing problems for people that do the tutorial normally. It takes like an hour to get into that state so it's quite a low priority fix tbh.

I have also had this issue within the Early Access release (purchased via Steam). I sped up the time by pressing F4, rather than actually pushing the button.
