It makes it much easier for Goldhawk (and the rest of us) to keep an eye on bugs. Now, as to your bug, it's already been reported here: http://www.goldhawkinteractive.com/forums/showthread.php/3113-v15-Geoscape-On-loading-a-save-game-time-progression-doesn-t-work. I tried the work around, and it did indeed fix the issue, however it just crashes again while loading the ground mission. Then I have to do the work around again.
