asdfcyber
There are several different values for the aircraft I've unlocked: Xenopedia: X-25 Angel 1980 km/h X-55 Phantom 2520 km/h Skyhawk 7200 km/h (lol, helicopter doing mach 5+) Aircraft screen: X-25 Angel 2880 km/h X-55 Phantom 4800 km/h Skyhawk not mentioned Geoscape: X-25 Angel 2160 km/h X-55 Phantom 3600 km/h Skyhawk 1125 km/h Geoscape screens also says 'kph', kilos per hour? Kilos of what? Kilograms? Edit: when dividing the real world distance between a crashsite and my base by the time it took a Skyhawk to fly there, I get roughly 830 km/h. Although that value changes depending on the latitude, because of map projection issues which I'll talk more about later (in a feedback topic). I mean that kph is not a standard abbreviation, and 'kmph' is used elsewhere in the game.

KPH is definitely more standard than KMPH, but it seems it's mostly a British thing. I can convert the measurements to KM/H for international clarity as it appears that's the official unit of measurement. Yes, it seems like all of these places are calculating speed differently and need to be unified. I think I'll ensure the radar radius values are calculated in the same way too because they should all be using 3d space in the same way so I'm not sure why they all have different scale factors etc. Hopefully won't take too long anyway.
