TheUbiquitous Posted August 12, 2012 Share Posted August 12, 2012 When first starting the game on a fresh update, before the game itself loads, there's the screen with "Quick Battle" and "Full Game" and the like. This screen does not actually load the game --- --- unless you go into the options and select a screen resolution first. Took a few tries before I could figure it out, because I'm such a smart person. There's no prompt to choose a resolution, by the way. Selecting either "Quick Battle" or "Full Game" closes the start screen without starting the game, and that's it. Presumably this is a quick fix.
