mace6442 Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 I have purchaced the Premium Alpha version and installed from DESURA last night. The initial DL failed so I started again and it filally installed. When I hit run/launch it opened the console and after I hit full game etc it just went to a black scree and stayed there, I gave it 20 mins before giving up. When I pressed the windows key I got a error dump message. I am again trying to re-install the game and have recieved some more errors in the Desura console: 12:21 Failed crc check. MrPyro Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 Hmm. It looks like the files are being corrupted either as they are being downloaded or as they are being written to disk. That's what the Failed CRC check is telling you: the file you have on your hard-drive does not match the one that you are supposed to have downloaded. This is likely to be either a Desura issue or an issue with your own computer or ISP.
