Notably it was the first ground mission where an psyon commander was present on the map. And additionally, it is perfectly reproducable with the save file. Just load the savefile, launch ground mission to crashsite and then end your own turn. Looks line all aliens will make there move first until game gets to the psyon commander that crashes the game.
