[1.59] Espace Pods in Operation Endgame not working

I finally got to Operation Endgame, I destroyed both the reactors, killed the High Praetor and went to the Escape Pods. No squad member got teleported. I tested shooting randomly and managed to kill my whole squad except one lone survivor with the singularity gun. Nevertheless, even leaving the teleporters and going back on didn't help. So I decided to get killed by Reapers and got the Won Screen with supposedly one surviving squad member (don't know how she managed to get teleported away, because I am pretty sure she got killed).

Also, when I went through Menu to Mission Objectives I got wrong Objectives (Crash Site).
