[Sub-map Editor] Can't scroll to bottom.

I can't scroll to reach the bottom-most options in the Sub-map Editor, It cuts off at the options for "Command Room" and "Target Point"

I find this irritating because I'm trying to make new props for some new buildings in my Building and Salaries Overhaul Mod (and maybe improve the Command Center to be a more accurate depiction.

Additional Information:

I'm using the smallest resolution size for the Sub-Map Editor.

I would just like to re-iterate that I'm talking about the tools/options/tile-editor part of the Sub-Map Editor--not the viewer/place-where-you put-tiles-down. Shouldn't need a screencap considering how I just need a scrollbar.

Since nobody's responded I guess I'll have to get a new monitor which is twice the size of my current one.
