If you want to use artwork I have commissioned, as is noted here you must ask permission from me first of all.That art is commissioned within a specific framework, and that framework is breached the artist him/herself may go after you, and I will certainly be obliged to protect the framework to best of my ability. I will also say now that any artwork I comission which I discover is being used for what I perceive is the purpose of revenue generation I will pursue to the limit the law allows me to.
