how to delete roles?

i've created many soldier roles ,but i didn't find the way or button to delete it. plz tell me ,thanks!

additional question:

how to develop your economy to make more money? if you build more base which will spend more maintenance fee.if you don't build new bases ,the allien will quickly occupy other continents,and you will receive less money in a next month. I tried to shoot down every frame of an alien aircraft,and airstrike a base to obtain money,This is only pocket money, too little..in x-com game ,you just need to Launch satellites in every country ,and you will make big money to support you.but in XENO ,it does'nt make sense

Early game the bulk of your funding will come from your monthly funding checks, which are increased by shooting down UFOs. Maximizing the number of UFOs you can shoot down is pretty much key to the game.

Every country only cares about itself. If a UFO raises hell in the Soviet Union and then gets shot down over Europe, the Soviet Untion will give you less money and Europe will give you more, but if you shoot down that UFo inside the Soviet Union, it will offset some of the damage that UFO did to your funding and may even be a net gain. In some cases its beneficial to follow a UFO around for a while and hope it flies into a country you need funding from.

As for soldier roles, they cannot be deleted.
