  1. Yea I understand but maby a tweaking of that to supress max 2 tiles from target it will leads to less situations when like on my picture somone who is far away from the source is still supresed. WHat u do u do anyway its just my sugestions.
  2. Probably vanila bug, but when u relocate aircraft he has no maitenance untill reach destination base, so by relocating aircraft just before end of the month u can save on maintenance of them.
  3. Lt. Peter Nemes Mission Report. Object: Sizure of alien small ufo that crashed in small vilage near Delhi, India Status: Mision complited Casualtys: CPL. Agnes O Hisson, CPL. Crosby Nickson, 2 civilians We pined down the aliens as soon as we entered the area. We have kiled 2 caesans and minor viper in first 2 minutes of fight. Everything seem to be under our control but then CPL. Adara Eitan and CPL. Agnes O Hisson get order to check the building close to ufo crash on north east of the vilage. Dont know why CPL. Agnes O Hisson didnt enter the bulding, but (as reported by CPL. Adara Eitan) she took her position on the east wall of that bulding. In next minute one of the aliens appear and CPL. Agnes O Hisson was not ready for that. She recived 2 shoots from alien weapon. CPL. Adara Eitan reported that sound of this shoots was so strange and teryfying that she herself beeing 10 m away from CPL. Agnes -inside building- ducked in cover. Fortunately our new Jackal Armours protect CPL. Agnes O Hisson and it seems that they both had a chance to kill alien and get out of this situation only with small wounds. It didnt happen though becasue CPL. Agnes O Hisson panicked and start to run exposing herself to enemy fire and leaving CPL. Adara Eitan alone. Next shoot out of alien weapon put CPL. Agnes O Hisson down only cold blod in veins of CPL. Adara Eitan let her kill the caesan and get out of the situation without wounds. TOP SECRET: dead of CPL. Crosby Nickson happen due to high exposure on enemy fire, but everything was as described in the secret clausula 1B to ground operations. Recomendations: All our soldiers has to know that we never leave them alone in battle and that they all are very important and we never sacrifice them but always work as a team. Panicked they cant defend themself and help the other teammates, and if they do this there is higher chance they actualy die. So i recomend sending special note and asure our soldiers about that. I am sure they bravery will rise up knowing we so much care about them. Secret clausula 1B to ground operations still can be used when needed. /Lt. Peter Nemes Mission Report end @Sentelin I understand the reason you intriduce such a weapon I am just traing to say that it dosent work as intended. If wepons supresion fire is 3 tiles away from line of fire and actual target this leads to ridiculous situations. I can make a screen and show you but dont know how to do this- it seems printscreen does not work in Xenonauts. I try on this picture: i know its bad just trying quick A- alien S- soldiers There is 2 tiles free beetwen them so soldier in bulding is 3 tiles away from the target still becomes supresed.
  4. Alien anihilation phaser. It seems it has range of supresion at least 3 tiles from line of fire its way to big(my opinion)becasue as i said you can have soldiers supresed beeing totaly somwhere elase(in bulding, behind wall and it looks radiculus). And i know how to position soldiers. When me or someone else write some feedback and opinion - it would be nice if someone will write its: unchangable, or it is like supose to be, or we think and maby ajust this and this soner or later or if its a bug-thats it unchangable or vanila. Its imposible to know all the vanila bugs so sometimes we take that as mods one. 1. heavy machine gun can supress soldiers behind wall- its hard to explain without screens (anyone tels me how to make prinsxreen in xenonauts - casue it seems not working when i press it- and i get prinscreen of my pulpit not xenonauts) its not i shot toward this wal - its line of fire going exacly along the wall and soldiers are behind it on the other side of it becomes supresed. 2. I mention about unconscious soldiers not loosing HP(when having icon of bleeding) and beeing rersistant to rocket fire - just in case no one notice. Thanks
  5. About reaction fire they explained that its changed, so high reflex guys matter, its logic and I can accept that. With supresion its difrent story and its posible that area of efect is to big so this leads to those situations when you can supress your soldier not knowing its actualy posible looking where he is ATM.
  6. Has to ask about supresion one more time. I had many times sytuation when my soldiers where suspresed by my fire or alien fire not beeing even threatend by bulets: for example they where close to the line of fire but on the other side of the wall. But today i had radiculus situation when 1 soldier was outside building and one was inside they where 2 tiles free betwen them, and when alien appear u could draw a triangle beetwen 3 of them, but when alien shoted both soldiers become supresed. I think that supresion didnt work so strong in 5.2 so just sugesting that sometimes it leads to strange situations. edit: I mentioned before that unconscious soldier doesnt lose HP when unconscious, so now he is also resistant to rockets, just on explode where i didnt want and in the midle of explosion was unconscious soldier - after that still same HP.
  7. Second month started and i checked soldier pooll for new recruts. 4 of them has reflex above 65 whch is set up as maxiumum anyone knows why. Any other stats are in the range 35-65 exept BRV 30-50. Another thing probably vanila: when u shoot or burn white tank with gas/oil whatewer it will explode, but when u thorow grenade it will only be destroyed without explosion.
  8. First time it hapens to me in 1.07 HF. @ViniJones Changes are from 5.2 to 5.3 so the values changed "probably" mean ajusted so its not step back to vanila.
  9. add 1. No its not, and I dont understand because: in first misions(1st month) u get beetwen 5-20 bateries in 1 battle.( later on its a bit more unless u hited by bug) add 2. I never ask to lower the price of batteries and doing that is not nessesery.(in my opinion) add 3. He would have recived 119 503 plus around 15 k from bateries (if not the bug) so roughly 135 000- air strikes gives 10-15 000. I know this mod encourge people to do missions I was always happy with that, I think amount of money you earn now from misions may be ok ( it may happen that there is need to lower this a bit yet in the future - its again my opinion), - I have notice that there is small drop down of income in 5.3 comparing to 5.2 and I was opting for that. I know that english is not our native language and writen word is sometimes harder to understand they speaking, so maby thats why offten we dont understand each other. Fixing the bug from your side for evryone will be dificult because game drops difrent amount of batteries. Personaly I make save close to end of GC mission and if bug hits I reload game with changed price of batteries for that mission. So I will not break game for myself.

I post same question you have posted to me when I have reported problem with losts of cash in 5.3(not knowing its vanila bug) you ignored that, and again and again was teling me lost of things how I have no idea what I am saying. So was thinking u get the sarcasm from my question - it seems u didnt.
  11. omg u realy dont get sarcazm when 5.3 came in I was criticizing, not experienced enough, not playing enough, to say that earnig losts of cash starting from the first mision is game braking and something is wrong with that, by that time I was ignored and bad guy but now u are saying its game braking thats why Iam laughing

  13. Is it so anoying that you cant shot with flamethorower trough dead soldier having c4 in backpack. One more time can somone clarify that trigering c4 with flames is unchangable or is it set up like that to triger by flames. Removing posibility of trigering c4 from grenade was good move, becasue c4 is resistant to grenades,flames and many more, thats why Iam asking if u dont mind. p.s. just had situation when alien thorow something under the feet of my live soldier(i think it was grenade not sure which one) and grenade trigered c4 in his backpack.
  14. About c4 you can't change it becasue of vanila or you want it explode from fire? Sorry for asking but I dint understand secons phrase. Removing posibility of trigering c4 from grenade was good move, becasue c4 is resistant to that same is about fire thats why i have asked.
  15. When c4 in backpack of a dead soldier will be in the line of fire of flamethorower its explodes. If u removed trigering it by explosives same will be good about fire.

  17. Just let steam update game. Then copy entire Xenonauts folder in other directory and patch it with XNT and other stuff u want.
  18. Found the bug may be vanila one. When you reviev feinted soldier and then move on his tile and stay there, next turn u have 2 soldiers standing on the same tile and u cant anymore select the revived one just by clicking on it u have to do this by presing coresponding number.If he in soldier 6 u have to press 6 to selcect him. Up to this yoou can move to tile where he is standing with any soldier. Bug is gone when u move this soldier somwhere. Not big deal but when 5.3 came in bulding order in base was changed and its toataly random right now, for example store room which u build one in base is first. When Alien invasion is reaserched u get few screens from xenopedia, and cobra manuver is displaying twice cause u have to click "close" 2 times to go to another one, there wasynt like that in 5.2. again just saing its small things i notice

I experienced situation when soldier with HMachine Gun was standing by one side of the wall togheter with and alien 10-15 tiles aways. 3 my soldiers was on the other side of that wall close to the line of fire but they coudnt be hited casue wall was they protection from bulets. When I have shoted 2 times with HMG they ale become supresed with that. I attached save if somone wana see that. Not sure can this be changed beacuse it may be from vanila that HMG supresion works close to line of fire no mater soldier can be hited or no.   20. Not sure it was an intention but reaction fire is changed the way that aliens can use almost all they TU before any of my soldiers on full TU do anything. SO question is : is there a change made to it, and how is the formula right now cause its hard to make any strategy when walking zobie can go 20 tiles towards u attack and go trough LOS of 2 soldiers with full TU left and they do nothing. Knowing what I can expect give me chance to make proper strategy to the changes made.
  21. TD just startet new game 1.08 HF newest XNT core pack downloaded 30 minutes ago, kabils FiTH and still Iam geting invisible alien egg. Go with flamethorower into the building. And another one in the corner of car park above sniper and before white track. Forgot to write that feinted bleading soldiers do not bleed- they do not lose HP.
