    Perhaps getting hit on a shield should make the soldier carrying it suppressed?

    +1 Bravery for close quarters kills/stun-captures. Accuracy effects weapon range. A way to stop me laughing when I fire the singularity cannon.

    I personally think mind control needs a long 5 turn cool-down. Also HOW do you train bravery? Is there a building I missed, or is there a plan to add a counter-psi building?
