If you reload a game or start a new game, all important persitant numbers are added. Things that I have seens affected are Casaulties. World funding. unit numbering (Already covered I know). when you close the application, the number is no longer stored and you can load a game that will not have the added "bonus." I would guess wherever the numbers are being stored, the program does not purge them like it should.
