I have a similar problem. In my case the game crashed immediately when I clicked on the invisible soldier to check if it was selectable and it's equipment modifiable (also in 17.51). I'm pretty sure it wasn't a wounded soldier in my case, but a new recruit. I lost 2 soldiers in my first ground mission so recruited some more and was equipping them. Can't recall the soldier's name, sorry. If it occurs again will add more info.

Hi, Been a fan of the X-COM and UFO games since X-COM: Apocalypse, which is still my favourite. The new XCom game is good fun, but this one seems closer to the originals, from what I've played, and you've got destructible buildings, unlike UFO:AI, which was my previous favourite X-Com remake.
