  1. To be honest, how to download to test?
  2. Maybe let fans create some? Bound to be some guys here with skills.
  3. The basic story for me is fine. But as long as the story doesn't take control and I can still pretty much do what I want, I'm happy. I really looking forward to this. I really play like 4 games these days. Fifa, NHL for wasty time and @ work on breaks, Battlefield games (currently 3 and bits of 2142 still) and classic games on the PS3. The Megadrive / Amiga emulator gets blasted every now and then, but basically I don't really "go for games". GTA's I'll always buy and this is the first time I've pre-ordered none of the the listed.
  4. and that's what hurts me - Not liking the re-imagining of the floaters either. I never cared for Reapers and the bubbley ones either, so they can do whatever they want with them. But I kinda liked how "cheesy" some aliens were. lol. I mean, the floater is just a joke, but I loved them.
  5. I played all on PSX, I still have TFTD and EU and play them all the time on my PS3 (thankfully they work nicely!) - Really want to buy this new one on the PS3 to keep up with tradition, but still not sure whether to get it on PC.
  6. I haven't played anything as I'm new here, but the atmosphere of a game is one that will really make or break a game for "remembrance". When I hear many 80's songs on the radio, I think of Vice City... when I hear many techno / electronica songs I think "that would fit in a Wipeout game"... One thing that stood out in the X-Com games was the ambient music. Doing a mission and hearing that "knocking" song it'd be 3am, Snakemen and Chryssalids and then the "knock knock knock" after minutes of quiet background music. Believe me. It makes me smile thinking of it, but it was terrifying! lol.
