  1. Finished off all the aliens in the ship and around the map, or so i thought. I could not find the last alien and i looked everywhere. At the back of the ship are 2 lights on the ground, i am assuming they are to go up a level into the ship? Anyways, i believe we are unable to do that at the moment. I had a hunch to throw a grenade in the middle of the light/elevators and when it went off i could hear the caesan being hit. After about 6 alenium grenades, the thing still survives. Maybe i wasnt hitting it correctly? I could not see the caesan at all. I threw a stun grenade and it finally went unconscious, although i could not see this.   2. I agree. Seems like it may just need to be fixed, but if its similar to original xcom, then its not a problem. I would prefer to select the target myself, but right now the game has issues doing so.
  3. Basically anything larger than a small scout and i am unable to see inside. The aliens can shoot out at me, but i cannot shoot at them as i end up aiming at the ship as a whole, although i can shoot through the ufo as well. If i take a troop inside the ufo, i am unable to see inside. So i can only move a few paces before i end up having the curser pointing at the ship as a whole again. I can only see the outside of the ship. The aliens that are inside never come out and move very little or not at all, continuously shooting at me from across the map
  4. Yes, they dont work. Saves only seem to work for me in the desura uploader version.
  5. While playing a night mission, my soldier could see the alien at night, but i could not see him as it was too dark. So the only way to find him was to click the Alien Sighted icon and it would center over the alien. From here, you must scroll around a bit to find your target, sometimes proving difficult especially if they have an obstacle in front of them and/or are behind cover. It would be great if we could auto target the alien with Fire Mode. Maybe when i click the Alien icon while i have my xenonaut/hunter etc. on fire mode and have it point directly at the alien instead of having to scroll over him would be great =)

  7. I am unable to load any games, whether i create a save nor the auto save. The game just stays loading and i have to end up terminating the game via task manager. Anyone else experiencing this? I am not loading any old saves
  8. Was wondering if a Map Screen is going to be added to the combat screen? I think its a huge advantage to strategically set up your troops. Instead of always having to scroll around the map, using the Map Screen would allow us to have an overview of the map and possibly see things we didn't notice before, ex. a ship or a piece of the map unexplored.
  9. Playing off desura client: I had launched a condor to take down a small scout. No problems there. On the way back to base, another popped up near by so i sent that same condor to follow it while i had another condor from base catch up. The first condor and second arrived while over the ocean so i tailed it until i reached the land. Once that happened, the usual window popped up to engage (twice since the condors were not launched together in a squadron.) Basically what happened was there were 2 battles at the same time overlayed. The music was a bit scrambled and you could hear both battles happened simultaneously . The condor from base took it down as it had 2 sidewinders available. After you could see (since there was an overlay) the ship was still up and my condor from the previous fight took it down again with its cannon. There is only 1 crash site. And it is crash site 3 instead of 2 as it was only the second ufo i encountered (i just started the game) The game did not crash however. This is easy to replicate in a sense. if the ufo is over water and u tail until over land with the first and the second, then the windows will pop up again for both condors if you want to attack as you are over land. I clicked engage on both. Unless you have a condor that already used its sidewinders on a previous attack, then u must hold back the sidewinders in order to engage with cannons. The second condor is in the back ground on the overlay which you cannot see, which shoots down the scout. Once that happens, you can start seeing the second battle. The first ufo seems to turn around and run as your condor catches up and shoots it down with cannons. saved game but it crashes when trying to load.

  15. Using Desura: I have tried to pass this terror mission in Quito, South America, for sometime now (5 tries) but the game continuously crashes. It happens towards the middle-end usually, at about 15-20 turns. Sometimes before it crashes I can see the rendering from causing an explosion or stun grenade become white, although these explosions are not causing the bug right away as many other explosions/grenades went off before the bug kicks in. Once I end my turn, the screen goes white during hidden movement and it crashes by the end of their turn. If I try and load at any point in the mission, this bug starts immediately and the game crashes in the same way. Also noticed when throwing a grenade, if I move the cursor around a wall or a building, it automatically switches to the primary weapon, sometimes having me shoot when I would have rather thrown a grenade. (was actually using a stun grenade when I noticed this happening) Lastly, when I had an Alien unconscious from being stunned, the Armed Civilians (looked like Military Troops) continued to shoot at the body. Which Alien? Well, this is my first mission I encountered them so I'm not sure what they are called lol (the purple one similar to a Chryssalid in enemy unknown) Thank you =)
  16. Just wanted to see if there could be a better way to choose what goes into your quick swap. You basically get 2 items, for example a grenade and a clip. If you have 2 different grenades, then 1 random one pops in and a clip. No clips, then it shows 0 clips in one slop and one grenade in the other. So if I go out there with stun and alerium grenades then it chooses a random one to go in the slot next to the clip. So if I want to use my other grenade, I basically have to equip it in my hand. Even if I have my clip in my backpack instead of belt, it still pops in.
  17. I had a saved game where a terror attack was about to pop up in South America, so i launched my Chinook to a wav point nearby so i could arrive in the day light. But, when the terror attack popped up, i had issues trying to get my Chinook to redirect to the attack. I would click on the Chinook to redirect to the Terror attack point, but once i clicked the terror attack it would pop up to launch an available craft to the location. As my Chinook was already airborne, i cannot not click it to launch to the mission as you already know. Thanks =)
  18. Not sure if you may be adding this already in the future, but roof access would be nice especially to put up snipers. Perhaps they may even be able to go prone but that may change the game all together. Anyway, just a thought. Thank you
  19. In my first mission, in mexico, i shot a rocket from one of my xenonauts and once it hit it showed white blocks around where the fire and explosion should have been. Also, i cannot load back onto the mission without it crashing. Still, i love this game =)
