Description: Soldier can see places that should not be visible. What Happened: 1. Select Mjr. Lev Kirsenko. 2. Select electroshock baton and target mantid. 3. As Kirsenko runs around corner of Cruiser door, interior of Cruiser and another mantid becomes visible. This effect is also present in alien bases. user_xray_vision-432.json

Just overlay the red over both blue and green on the right. My old eyes also have trouble distinguishing the blue and darker green. -

I'll add that if the starting soldiers have particularly unlucky stats I don't think there are enough early missions to progress the soldiers fast enough to be able to carry enough gear, mainly ammo because their accuracy sucks, to do an early terror mission or alien base. The workaround was arriving overloaded and dropping the excess. -

The bars are the correct length, but when the bars are compared relative to one another, the green 95 bar extends past the numerically "longer" green 98 bar which makes it look like the red penalty is being added to the bar instead of subtracted. -

The Xenopedia page for 'Alien Plasma Weapons' lists it 'Alien Plasma Pistol'. It is only one of the three weapons whose tooltip name didn't match. Don't care what they are called, but think they should match. -
Description: Soldier's 95 accuracy bar is longer than the 98 strength bar (because she has 100). 95 is less than 98 but looks wrong. What Happened: The red heavy armor penalty bar area appears to be adding to the bar length instead of subtracting. The red area being on the other end of the bar would also make more sense if the bar is representing 0 on the left and 100 on the right. The red area could also be inside the border of the total green area and more transparent.

Description: Not knowing what to expect, Lt. Kovalenko brought extra batteries to the terror mission. However, after storing them in the drop ship, she still couldn't move as far as she could have without them. Description: Un-assigning soldier Lt. Theodore Baros causes a null reference exception. What Happened: 1. Loaded geoscape quicksave. 2. Selected 'Armory Screen'. 3. Selected Baros via mouseclick and then opened 'Assignment' dropdown and clicked on 'Unassigned' list item. But it doesn't help the player using the perspective used with existing mechanics. The soldier Xinlei is two tiles in from the roof edge with the ladder, but then at ground level the selection square doesn't show where the soldier is as a floor projection but as a ceiling projection which isn't used anywhere else in the game? As a ground level floor projection the roof soldier appears to be located over the desk 4 tiles in from the building edge inline with the ladder and two tiles in from the building edge with the smoke and box outside. Current implementation is inconsistent with other level mechanics. If it is to be left, make it a floor-to-ceiling pillar under the roof soldier like the level indicator, or make it a floor projection on the lower level using a different color like orange with a dot or hashes in the middle.

Attached is a save 14 hours before the "Cleaner Device (Plot)" research item completes. When the research completes it yields the "Quantum Beacon" dialog/Xenopedia entry missing artwork and the objective for "Complete Quantum Teleportation research" goes away. The colorful "Quantum Teleportation" Xenopedia Entry with the UFO dancing in the sky already exists. user_day_116_manual_save-207.json Edit: I loaded saves back to day 59 and checked the objective for the "Quantum Teleportation" research. It too was "Complete Quantum Teleportation research."

Description: 4th paragraph, second sentence - extra "began". What happened: "Hoping to establish further contact with the aliens, EXDEF began the vast job of constructing the gateway began almost immediately." Further Information: Also, it isn't obvious "Cleaner Device (Plot)" research item is "Quantum Teleportation research" objective.

How around is around? I'm in day 91 of phase two with no terror missions. -
I just finished the cleaner base on m5.26.0 and encountered I think the same issue. Evans moved to open a door and then turned around to move back to where she started and the next room over that hadn't been visited yet became visible. As I continued playing the rest of the base became visible in unvisited areas including the command room as the cleaner agents moved around. I reloaded several times the turn when the room in the image was revealed but I couldn't get it to repeat.

Description: Soldier image is not updated to newly assigned armor for unassigned soldier. What Happened: I transferred a batch of soldiers to a new base who had loadouts assigned containing weapons and armor that only exists at the former base. Adjusting their assigned loadout and equipment at the new base, for the loadout containing warden armor the soldier image armor does not change when tactical armor is selected.

Yes, text is fixed in 5.25.1+. Some of the single line dialog borders don't display like they were scaled to zero width from a larger resolution original. He's aware and said it would be hard to fix many months ago and to remind him closer to launch. It's throughout the game. Below are some easy examples of buttons and a tooltip missing bottom border line.
