I think the air battle balance is WAY off at the moment. I can send up three Phantoms armed with fusion torpedos and missiles (with maybe a gauss cannon thrown in) up against a single medium UFO and they usually lose miserably. I have never won against the three UFO Interceptors or wherever there is a main UFO with an escort. This happens whether I auto-resolve (my preference as I don't like the minigame) or try the minigame where I come off even worse.

So, the healing rate of the phantom really needs looking at again. It is, what, 5% a day? It's quicker to build a new one!!

You need to upload the save and the log so the devs can see what's going on. It may be a bug specific to you or something that has broken in your particular run-through. A screenshot isn't really any use to them.

Cool, thanks for the update @Chris . I'm not sure if it's a bug but the Androns seem to have left the game; was that intentional?

Ah! Now it all makes sense - I had a feeling that might be something to do with it because the plasma lance damage was the same as the fusion cannon.

For me, only "Fusion cannon" shows in the selection menu (the text) and there is only one image of the fusion weapon (not two, like there is for the plasma cannon and lance)

Fusion Lance doesn't appear for aircraft after researching it in Engineering. I have attached the latest log, a save after and a save before developing it (the autosave)

Ooo, what caused mine? Like Bob's mine would get to 90% and CTD with no warning.

The Gemini and Angel have 3 weapon mounts but only two of them show on the selection screen, and it says they only have 1 fusion torpedo when they actually have 2.

Hi Bob, I reported this error yesterday morning and it's being looked into. I found that one turn broke all the subsequent saves. I was able to load the first two saves of the mission, but none after that.
