    A manual shouldn't be necessary to play the game, just something cool to have. If you have to consult the manual to learn how to do something, that's really bad. Anything you think might need to be in the manual is an improvement that needs to be made to the game.

    Bibidibop, have you claimed your Xenonauts gift that was e-mailed to your PayPal email? There are two things you must do as someone who pre-ordered using PayPal: 1. Claim premium forum status using the legacy link 2. Claim your copy of Xenonauts on Desura

    If you purchase a premium copy on Desura and use Desura Connect, you should get premium (although you probably shouldn't do it this way if you know what's good for you ). If you accidentally connected on Desura using the pre-order copy gifted to everyone and got standard, you can use the legacy pre-order page to claim premium and you should get upgraded to premium.

    The gift was given to you by e-mail address, so that account probably shares the e-mail address of your PayPal account. You can try to restore access to your account via whatever mechanism Desura has (forgotten password, etc), and contact them and ask them to transfer it. If all else fails, I'm sure Chris would be happy to help, but the logical course of action seems to be to contact Desura.
