[v21 Stable HF - Soldier Equipment] Dismiss soldier with custom armour

[Version 21 Stable HF] In the Soldier Equipment Screen, when a solider has custom armour e.g. wolf armour, and the soldier is dismissed whilst wearing it. The armour does not go back into the Storeroom!!
