TFTDFan Posted April 26, 2014 Share Posted April 26, 2014 Hi, this is probably a know bug, but anyways: I just loaded a savegame to check something for another bug report. I wanted to abort the mission directly after deploying, but it said that all my soldiers were outside the ship and would be lost. Now maybe I'm assuming wrong. But if I understand correctly those marks on the ground that your soldiers stand on after deploying are the places you have to go back to to abort, right? Reever Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 It's because you are dropped into the combat zone by drop pods from the airbourne Valkyrie. Those marks indicate the drop pods i assume. (btw would be really really cool if they "looked" like open drop pods and provided some instant cover) I would think that considering the Valkyrie is the top of the line dropship it would be able to land and pick you up as well. Logically it would be doing that after a mission anyways. This is too much i know, but having some cut scenes of dropping into the CZ from different craft would be nice too.
