The troop transport can land so that a vehicle inside is is not able to drive out because of obstacles near the landing zone. Or more precicely the vehicle was able to exit the carrier but could not move after exiting. Only rotation on the spot was possible. Here is a link to a screenshot of the situation I encountered. http://imgur.com/0i9kdMN I think that the game should take into account the vicinity of the carrier so that all troops and vehicles can exit the carrier.
