Soar Posted September 14, 2013 Share Posted September 14, 2013 When you try to sort soldiers by name in the Personnel Management screen, they won't be sorted in any logical order. They are not sorted in order of first name, last name, in order of any of the other characteristics listed on the screen, or in reverse order of any of those. The order (or reverse order) they are sorted in is the same every time - it just doesn't have any obvious logic to it. This happens with brand new soldiers when starting a new game, without any use of the 'Change callsign' option involved. Using 'Change callsign' doesn't change the order they will be sorted in, either. See this screenshot for an illustration. All I did here was start a brand new game, go this tab, click on 'NAME' twice to sort by that column in ascending order, and take the screenshot.
