[v19 stable - tooltips]Weapon tooltips are too outdated

I understand that it's not a high priority thing but still i don't remember when tooltips (ones you get when hovering cursor over weapon on soldier equipment screen) were updated last time. So almost all information there are wrong and misleading.

Interesting i never look at tool tips...i go for xeropedia.

We will run through all the tooltips and update before release. Unfortunately they were implemented poorly, so keeping them up to date constantly would be too much of an overhead for us.
