Billyy Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 I didn't even know the option to buy a Chinook even came up before I read this because I could never get it to show up. However after doing a bunch of testing it seems you just need to have 3 or more empty hangars at a specific base for the option to buy one to even come up.
