Extras with final release

Maybe its to early to ask but its already been stated that a editor of some sort will be coming with the final game. What kind of editor will this be exactly ?

I ask because im trying to change the layout of the base on the battle scape. Some of the facility's seem a little cluttered.

There is already a map editor and a submap editor to use if you are trying to adjust any of the maps or create your own.

The mapping section of the forum has some useful tips on using them.
