Meister Mogul
Post: Description: "I was preparing my soldiers in the armory before a mission and the game crashed to desktop when I attempted to remove heavy ammunition from a soldier's pack. What Happened: This was a new game and took place right before the mission to temporarily reclaim Atlas Base. It was in the armory screen. Further information: The Soldier was assigned the role of a heavy. I removed the sidearm, placed a gas mask in the lower left hand side of their pack, the targeting module in the lower right hand side of their pack, placed one flashbang and one smoke grenade in their pack at the top right before attempting to remove one of the sets of ammunition that comes stock with the heavy loadout. The crash occurred when attempting to pickup and move the ammo to storage on the right. Game Options showed 3840x2160 Resolution, Borderless Full Screen I noticed that my mouse was not full aligned with objects when interacting with them in the armory screen. This may or may not be related to the crash, but is something I noted right before it. bug_report_2024-07-01-22h57_st_4.12.2_unhandled_exception.zip
Meister Mogul
On reboot and further inspection. It appears items are duplicating in soldier's packs when picked up and placed down elsewhere in said pack. Removing an item will leave ghost copies that, when interacted with, cause a crash. Exiting the screen and coming back will remove the ghost copies. Images of the event provided below:

No, I just started a new campaign (name is lost since it crashed before any saves were made) after the latest milestone update. Those old saves may be from my last campaign. The bug appeared right after the intro mission and I didn't make any manual saves. After rebooting, I saw all my progress was lost and started a new campaign "Gold Archer." I skipped the intro mission this time, but still encountered the same bug (hence my second post with the screenshots). I can go back later today and send a current save file since I avoided a crash thus far.

Btw this crash should be fixed on 4.13, if it still happens do let us know!
