vx2.12b Experimental - Ground Combat - Sometimes grenades disappear into the aether

output.logWhat it says on the tin. I can try to reproduce with a video if the logs don't tell you what happened. It seems to happen when throwing a grenade at an object (or missing your target and landing on an object).

Thanks for bug report! Do you still have the save by any chance? It could be map specific or we might be able to reproduce it from the save? We'll take a look at the output log file you've provided and try to reproduce it, but if you've still got the save, we'd like to take a look as well, thanks!
