V2.06 - engineering - laser lance cannot be equipped

After researching Heavy lasers and completing the engineering project of laser lance (which is unique), tha laser lance cannot be either equipped or manufactured.

Thanks for reporting the bug, yeah there is indeed a known bug regarding laser lancers not being manufacturable after researching it. We're currently working on a fix that should come along with the next patch, thanks!
