I want change the camera left replace the keyboard A by Q. But when i put Q the game crash. Each time. The bug is for the tactical combat and air combat. Are you playing in a non-English language? (I'm guessing Russian?) We'll get this fixed. In the meantime I think you can rebind the keys fine if you set the language to English, and then set the language back to whatever you want to use.
