Melee Posted August 12, 2023 Share Posted August 12, 2023 The 'Laser Cannon (Vehicles)' engineering project must be done first. Missing resources to complete an engineering project are colored red. As far as I've played, the next tier of air and vehicle weapons requires having completed the previous tier weapon.
