Yeah, there's some bugs with various items / UI drawing under the shroud or not interacting with the shroud correctly (you'll see it with some props inside UFOs too). We're aware of these already so you don't need to report them - it's just fixing them is going to be a real pain so we're saving that particular can of worms for later in development.
