Xenonauts-2 Closed Beta Build V7.1 Hotfix Released! (Experimental Branch)

Today we're releasing a quick hotfix to the major Beta Build V7 update we put out on the Experimental Branch earlier this week. The V7 builds remain on the Experimental Branch so you'll need to switch to those branches if you want to get an update over Build V6 (which remains on the normal branches).

Changelog:

  • Manufactured items are now being correctly recovered from ground combat instead of being lost.
  • Fixed a bug that was corrupting the ground combat save games.
  • Fixed a bug that was causing heavy slowdown when trying to enter the Save / Load Game menu panel.
  • The UI on the Base screen no longer breaks and turns non-interactive if you switch bases using a single click rather than a double click.
  • The currently selected base on the Base Selector element should no longer get out of sync with what base is actually being viewed.
  • Aircraft interception paths are now more sensible when attempting to intercept a UFO flying towards them; previously they were actually flying away from the UFO.
  • Aborting a ground combat mission no longer kills all your troops.
  • The old dropship should no longer appear on Raid missions.
  • Medbay room is now 1x1 instead of 2x2.
  • On the Personnel screen, the status of a soldier away on a Strategic Operation now shows the correct duration of their mission.

Please continue to let us know if you encounter major issues in the build, particularly if they were bugs you had not seen in V7 prior to the hotfix!
