electormines not showing in game

I had created a weapon a while back that I am trying to port over to mod system.

It was a weapon that fired mines, it had a custom gas type and custom particles however now in gc the weapon fires but no gas effect of animation appears.

The weapons_gc.xml entry has been added with a modmerge insert entry and so has the gas type.

Do the particles entries also have to be added with the modmerge insert method or is this okay vanila as the file is unique?

aaah fixed it, my particles xml had the full path to the xml.

changed it to this, just the file name and now working fine.

Hope that helps someone else.
