  1. There is still an outstanding bug with descending stairs. http://www.goldhawkinteractive.com/forums/showthread.php/13008-V1-59-Ground-Combat-Unusable-stairs
  2. Hey, sorry for the double post, but any update on this? The bug is a bit frustrating, especially for an ironman player who can't reload (I foolishly got a squad stuck upstairs trying to isolate the issue :-p ). Any hope of a hotfix soon?
  3. Hello, I can confirm I am having this problem in 1.59. In the attached save, there are two different buildings that have broken stairs. I have a soldier at the top of each staircase who can move to the top of the stairs, but cannot descend again. 4. Hi all, I'm playing 1.07HF, and I encountered a bug reloading the rocket launcher during alien base missions. If the launcher is unloaded during the deploy stage, it cannot ever be reloaded. I have a soldier with a rocket launcher who carries both explosive and stun gas rockets. The launcher is pre-loaded with an explosive rocket. During the "deploy" stage of an alien base attack, I decided that I wanted his rocket to be loaded with a stun gas rocket instead of the explosive rocket. I unloaded the explosive rocket, which removed the appropriate amount of TUs (still during the deploy stage) and placed the rocket in his inventory. Because my soldier did not have the TUs to load the launcher, I ended the deploy stage and started the active stage of the mission. However, even with full TUs, my soldier was unable to reload the rocket launcher with any type of rocket. I simply received the "bonk" sound that the inventory plays when you do not have enough TUs to perform an action, even though the launcher was empty. I tried reloading the launcher after multiple turns, with multiple soldiers, and after dropping the launcher and picking it back up to no avail. Further, I tried firing the launcher in case the launcher thought it was loaded, but it was empty. Eventually I had to ditch the launcher in favor of the M16 of a fallen comrade. (No one survived this mission, but I blame the commander, not the rocket launcher). I have encountered this bug several times with the rocket launcher, but I have not tried to replicate it with other weapons. The work-around is to be patient and wait until the active stage to unload a launcher instead of unloading it during the deploy stage. Thanks in advance!
  5. Hi all, I just picked up Xenonauts a few days ago and I'm loving it. I'm playing v1.07 on Ironman. My two veteran soldiers were wounded, so they sat out a UFO Crash mission while my three recruits and a Hunter investigated. Predictably, I lost the mission when my last two soldiers were killed by a Sebelian commander in one round. Now, I'm sitting at the Geoscape. Every time I click "Soldier Equipment," my game crashes to desktop. I tried waiting for my dropship to return to the base. I tried rebooting. The other tabs, such as "Hire/Manage Soldiers" and "Research" still work fine. It's only when I click on "Soldier Equipment" that the game crashes. I think it must be an array out-of-indexing issue with game trying to figure out where the wounded soldiers who stayed behind (but were still assigned to the dropship) should go after the dead soldiers are removed. Can anyone give me any help? My game is in limbo until I get this figured out. Thanks in advance! I attached my save, if that helps. *update* I found a workaround, for anyone else having this issue. I hired *new* soldiers, and as soon as they arrived, the bug disappeared (I was able to view the "Soldier Equipment" screen again. I suspect that the arrival of new soldiers refreshed the soldier array and fixed my suspected out-of-array problem. AutosaveIM2014-07-01_20.57.07.sav AutosaveIM2014-07-01_20.57.07.sav
